Northern Telecom's Meridian Norstar Integrated Communication System with
Revolution software's call accounting program tracks all incoming and
outgoing calls. The Dictaphone 60 channel recorder allows simultaneous
recording of incoming and outgoing calls.
Compliance With Law
All collectors must know and adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices
Act as well as other applicable laws which vary from state to state.
Training starts on the collector's first day, continues throughout the term
of employment, and includes one-on-one manager review, classroom work, use
of audio visual aids, computerized testing (programming developed by the
American Collectors Association) and independent study.

Skip-Tracing Resources
We provide our collectors with one of the most comprehensive skip-trace
support systems in the industry. We maintain on-line access to various
subscription databases to quickly locate information such as addresses,
phone numbers, driver's licenses, and motor vehicle registrations. We also
have on-line access to the nation's three major credit- reporting networks;
Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax.
